• Do I need an account to download my photos?

  In most cases, no! You simply need the unique event link or access code provided by your photographer or event organizer.

Finding & Accessing Photos

• How do I find my photos from an event?

  Enter the event URL provided on your event card, brochure, or QR code. Many of our galleries also feature AI Face Recognition—simply upload a quick selfie, and the system will instantly find every photo you’re in!

• Can I share my event gallery with family and friends?

  Yes! Feel free to share the event link with anyone who attended. They will be able to view and download their own copies.

Downloading & Quality

• Are the downloaded photos high-resolution?

  Absolutely. All downloads are provided in full, uncompressed resolution, making them perfect for printing, framing, or sharing on social media.

• Can I download a whole album at once?

  Yes, depending on the event settings, you can either download individual photos with a single click or select a batch/ZIP download for the entire album.

Privacy & Security

• Are my photos secure and private?

  Your privacy is our top priority. Galleries are protected by secure links or access codes, and photos are only accessible to those with authorized entry.

• How long will my photos remain online?
